Isn't that what over populated city's are? 5 minutes walk away.
I guess technology will play a major part in this. Where I can work from home or an office 5 minutes away but still be totally connected to everyone.
I guess the idea is about a balance between people having the space they want, living in a community and not using transport when it's not needed.
